Please note: Sundown Mountain Resort Season Passes are NON-REFUNDABLE, non-transferable, & may not be resold Sundown Mountain Resort will not refund any season pass due to weather, such as lack of snow or extreme temperatures when we decide to close for the safety of our season passholders and our guests visiting the Mountain. No refunds will be granted for divorce, pregnancy, or any other reason not stated above, including medical or relocation. You may wish to purchase a Season Pass Protection Plan to protect your investment for qualifing events. (see Season Pass Protection Plan for more details.

Full Season Members Only
Being a Full Season Member you’re able to share your love of skiing and boarding with a friend! The program includes a Beginner Area ONLY, a lift ticket, a rental, and a 60-minute group lesson for one day. Free Bird is for ages nine and up. Your Full Season Membership allows 1 Free Bird Pass per member, per season, issued at the Ticket Window. Not valid during holiday hours.

Full Season Pass Members SAVE at our Indy Pass Partner Resorts with the Indy AddOn Pass! This pass is ONLY available to unrestricted season passholders at Indy Partner Resorts. Must be purchased through Indy Pass. We are not an RFID property.

♦ Season Pass Child Processing Fee
Add a child, five years of age and under, to a season pass membership. MUST be in the same household and on the same tax return. Violating this policy will result in complete pass forfeiture without a refund.
♦ Season Locker Rental
Lockers have first come, first serve basis. Lockers are assigned, not picked. A Master Combination Lock is furnished for every locker, NO personal locks are allowed (NO EXCEPTIONS). You may call the office anytime to purchase a season locker or in person at the ticket window during the season. All items MUST be picked up from lockers no later than March 31st . Any items left after that date will be considered donations, unless arrangements have been made. Items left after arrangements are made MUST be picked up no later than April 15. Same applies to donations after the April 15 date.
♦ Pass Protection Plan
Only available at time of season pass purchase.
Sundown Mountain Resort will reimburse the cost (pro-rated) of your season pass in the event of injury/illnesss, or job relocation (+200 miles). The Season Pass Protection Plan fee is $35 plus tax. To qualify for a pro-rated refund due to injury/illness, we require a medical letter from your licensed physician; for job relocation, a letter from your employer. ALL CLAIMS must be made within 10 days of the qualifing event. Your pro-rated refund will be based on a 100 day season and will be calculated from the date of the medical/employer letter.
