REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
All pre-purchased tickets (including rental items) are NON-REFUNDABLE and may not be resold. If you cannot use your tickets/rentals due to weather, road conditions, change of plans, or any other reason not enumerated here, you will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to close or cancel any ticket/rental for any reason at our discretion. In the case of a closure, tickets will be transferred to another date.
Change of plans?
Tickets/rentals are transferable BEFORE the pre-purchased date to another date for a $20 service fee. They are NOT transferable on the day of or after the pre-purchased date (no-show).
Unused tickets/rentals are forfeited and non-refundable. Tickets/rentals must be transferred to a date within that season- we cannot transfer to next season dates.

Although every precaution is taken to ensure accuracy, error or misunderstandings in price, quantity, and/or specifications may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors.

Photography: With purchase of services, we reserve the right to photograph people and events for us in advertising or publicity for Sundown Mountain without personal consent.
