- Carry-ins permitted only in the South Lodge (weekdays only) and the upper level of the Mountain Center
GROUP TRIP RETURN SPECIAL:
Guests who return to ski or ride at Sundown after their group trip and present their original group lift ticket still attached to their jacket will receive 50% off their lift ticket and rental.
This offer must be redeemed at the Ticket Window, where an employee will cut your original lift ticket. Valid for the remainder of the season.
How to
book a group trip

Submit a Group Form Request
Group requests must be submitted by the trip leader or planner at least three weeks in advance.

We'll be in Touch
Once your request is received, our team will contact the Group Leader to confirm approval or discuss any necessary adjustments based on availability.

Once Approved
The Group Leader will receive a unique code and reservation link to share with participants. All registrations close five days prior to the scheduled trip.
No refunds are available once registration has closed.
