Join us for a fantastic day filled with great deals\, delicious food and live music! \n\n\n\n\n\n \nWELCOME to the 2025 Sundown Ski Patrol Ski/Board Swap \nEvery fall\, the Sundown Ski Patrol holds a fundraiser to help support the patrol. The proceeds from the Annual Swap enable patrollers to further their education and hone their skills in areas such as Outdoor Emergency Care\, skiing\, snowboarding\, and toboggan handling. This is the time for skiers and snowboarders to purchase new and used equipment and to receive incredible deals. The Ski Patrol will help you sell your used ski and/or snowboard equipment for a nominal fee.  \n  \nSWAP SALE:  Sunday\, November 9\, 2025\, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM in the Mountain Center. \n  \nEquipment Check-in (Sell your stuff): \n\nSaturday\, November 8\, 2025\, 8:00 AM-Noon; No Sunday Check-ins\n\n  \nEquipment Check-Out and Customer Pay out: \n\nSunday\, November 9\, 2025\, 3:00-5:00 PM\n\n  \nHow Does it Work? \n  \nAll persons wanting to SELL items at the swap should register BEFORE the SWAP using this LINK: Register Your Inventory/Sign up.  Ski Patrol will PRINT and attach your labels at Check-in. \n  \n\n Dust off those gently used boots\, skis\, snowboards\, helmets\, jackets\, sweaters\, or any snow sports-related items you think someone might want to buy. There are some restrictions on what ski bindings the ski patrol can sell. A list of indemnified bindings will be available at the SWAP check-in counter. Damaged or severely worn items will be refused.\n\n  \n\n Decide on a price you would like to sell your items for; Think low if you want to get rid of your items. Most folks attend a swap to get a good deal. You can check Facebook\, Google\, eBay\, or Poshmark for comparable used items’ prices.\n\n  \n\nEQUIPMENT CHECK-IN (Register Your Inventory/Sign up to sell your items): Drop off items to sell at the Mountain Center on Saturday\, November 8\, 2025\, from 8:00 a.m. to noon; No Sunday check-ins\, please. Ski Patrol charges a $5 handling fee for 1-5 items and $2 for each additional item to be sold; This amount is due when you drop off your item(s). Coolers are permitted in the camping area only. \n\n\n\nAre ATVs allowed? \n\n\n\nATVs are NOT allowed on the course. Only individuals who are camping (pay for a camping pass) may use an ATV on the designated trail to get up and down the hillside to and from their campsite. \n\n\n\nCan I drive my vehicle to our campsite? \n\n\n\nTrailside primitive camping can be accessed only by vehicles with four-wheel drive. We do have a designated campsite for RVs in our South Lot. \n\n\n\nDo you offer full hook-up RV sites? \n\n\n\nUnfortunately\, we offer only boondocking camping (no water\, sewer or electrical connections). We will have porta potties available in the RV parking area. Please CLICK HERE to see a list of RV Parks available in the area with these amenities. \n\n\n\nAre campfires allowed in the camping areas? \n\n\n\nYes\, fires are allowed in fire rings and grills only. Fire rings must be elevated. We do not supply fire rings\, grills\, or firewood. We will have firewood available for purchase at our community campfire in the camping area. Do not leave fires unattended\, and put out all fires before leaving. \n\n\n\nAre there off-site lodging options? \n\n\n\nPlease CLICK HERE to see a list of lodges available in the area. \n\n\n\nAre dogs allowed at this event? \n\n\n\nYes\, this is a dog-friendly event\, though they NOT allowed on the 3D course or in the lodges. All dogs must be on a leash\, and any dog displaying aggressive behavior will need to leave the property. Dog owners are also responsible for cleaning up after their pets. \n\n\n\nCourses & Competition\n\n\n\nWhat kind of scoring will be used at this event? \n\n\n\nBownanza On The Mountain will be using the IBO scoring format at known yardage. The scoring rings are worth 11\, 10\, 8\, and 5 points. The smallest center circle is worth 11 points. The next largest ring is 10 points. The biggest scoring ring is 8 points. Arrows hitting the target anywhere outside the 8-ring score of 5 points. If you miss the target you score 0 points. \n\n\n\nAre rangefinders allowed on the course? \n\n\n\nYes\, rangefinders are allowed to be used on the course. \n\n\n\n*Some exclusions apply.
