Join us for a fantastic day filled with great deals\, Chairlift Rides\, delicious food from Grillbilly’s BBQ\, and live music from Casey Klein from 11 AM to 3 PM! \n\n\n\nDon’t miss our swap meet\, where you can buy and sell gently used ski equipment from 9 AM to 3 PM. Make plans to join us as we gear up for another incredible season on the slopes\, creating generations of memories. We can’t wait to see you there!  \n\n\n\n  \n Join Us for the Annual Ski/Snowboard Swap to Support the Sundown Ski Patrol! \n\n\n\nEvery fall\, the Sundown Ski Patrol hosts a fundraiser to support our dedicated patrol team. All proceeds from the annual Ski/Snowboard Swap directly benefit the Sundown Ski Patrol\, helping to fund ongoing Outdoor Emergency Care training and education. \n\n\n\nBring your gently used gear to sell and discover great deals on new or used equipment! You’ll find a wide selection of boots\, skis\, snowboards\, helmets\, poles\, clothing\, gloves\, and more. Please note that some restrictions apply to the types of ski/snowboard boots and bindings we can sell\, so be sure to check the list of indemnified bindings available at the swap check-in counter. \n\n\n\nEquipment Check-In (Sell Your Stuff):Date: Saturday\, November 9thTime: 8:00 – 11:00 AMPlease\, no Sunday check-ins. \n\n\n\nNEW THIS YEAR: To speed up the check-in process\, we now have a form you can fill out in advance! Complete the form digitally or manually\, and bring your printed\, completed form to the check-in. \n\n\n\nDon’t miss this chance to upgrade your gear while supporting a great cause! \n\n\n\n\n\n\nCLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD EQUIPMENT CHECK-IN FORM\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nSki/Snowboard Swap Details: Supporting the Sundown Ski Patrol! \n\n\n\nThe Sundown Ski Patrol charges a $5.00 handling fee for selling 1-5 items\, and just $2.00 for each additional item beyond that. This fee is due at the time of drop-off. If your items sell\, you’ll receive a check for the total amount minus a 15% commission that the Ski Patrol retains. \n\n\n\nImportant Dates: \n\n\n\n\nSwap Sale: Sunday\, November 10th\, from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM\n\n\n\nEquipment Check-Out/Pick-Up: Sunday\, November 10th\, from 3:00 – 5:00 PM\n\n\n\n\nPlease Note: Any equipment not picked up by 5:00 PM on November 10th will be considered a donation. The Ski Patrol may sell or dispose of unclaimed items and will retain all funds from their sale. \n\n\n\nImportant Reminder: Please do not call Sundown Mountain regarding your items. The staff does not handle your gear; it remains the responsibility of the Sundown Ski Patrol.
