GROUP RESERVATIONS

Groups of 15 or more ski for less. Our express group rental system allows groups with 25 or more rentals to quickly pick up their preset equipment, with forms filled, and be on the slopes in minutes. All it takes is a reservation at least 2 weeks in advance and a $100 deposit to secure your spot for that calendar day. FREE learn to ski booklets and action DVD video with Lessons, including a video tour of Sundown, are available for all groups with reservations.  Beginner groups that view the lessons before they come will attain skills faster.

Group Pricing

• Must be 9 years of age or older to participate in the group lesson.
• For every 20 paid skiers/boarders Sundown will give you a complimentary Lift Ticket, Lesson and Ski Rental for the day.
• Groups of 50 to 100 will save an additional $1 per person.
• 101 - 150 skiers/boarders saves $2 per person.
• Groups having 150 skier/boarders will save an additional $3 per person.

Although every precaution is taken to ensure accuracy, errors or misunderstandings in price, quantity, and/or specifications may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors.

SCHOOL SPONSORED TRIPS

School Groups that come out to Sundown on School Days (Monday - Thursday) during School hours receive special rates. Please contact the Group Sales office at 888-747-3872 (ext. 143) for more details.

GROUP MENU PLAN

Sundown Mountain also offers special menus for groups of 15 or more. Specials include hamburgers, cheeseburgers, brown bag special, taco bar and pasta special.  If you prefer, just a simple Wine and Cheese party is available. CORPORATE SKIING

A local area business of 100 employees might find that over 15 members of their staff and families ski. The business may want to organize a group ski/board trip of 15 or more and reduce the employee costs substantially by purchasing as a group.

Businesses may lease the South Lodge in the winter for meetings,parties and skiing. For more information please call our Group office at 888-747-3872 (extension 143).

SPECIAL RACES FOR GROUPS

Sundown will set up racing for your group (except when competition races are scheduled). The cost for a special race is $5 per racer with a minimum charge of $100. This will allow each racer two runs on a GS course. Reservations are required through the Group office.

ALL NIGHT SKI/SNOWBOARD OUTING

Ski or Snowboard from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. No alcohol is allowed. Contact the Group Sales office to make a reservation. A minimum of 15 people make a group. A $100 deposit is required along with an advance reservation to secure a place. Openings are limited. Reservations are on a first come basis.

YOUTH HOUSING

Special accommodations are available for youth groups of 15 to 200 or more that ski/ride at Sundown and spend the night. Please contact the individual locations below for pricing and to make reservations.

FREE TIMED RACING

Sundown has a fun and exciting run called Free Time just below the North Lodge near the top of Hawkeye Run. This FREE timed racecourse (open daily) is on an easy 200-yard intermediate slope with foam safety brush gates and a time display at the end of the course. It is a great place for friends and family to be competitive and improve their skills.
